The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Parbatta P.S.Case No.212 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner opened fire causing injury on the left knee of the informant, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
