The Court has been informed that a show cause reply has been filed online stating therein that the order, disobedience of which has been alleged in the present contempt application, has since been complied with and an order has been passed on the petitioner's appeal i.e. Jamabandi Cancellation Appeal No. 136 of 2018-19.

2. I am of the considered view that the order having been passed by the District Magistrate, Siwan on the petitioner's

Patna High Court MJC No.1000 of 2021(6) dt.15-12-2023 2/2 appeal, this Court's order stands complied with. No case of deliberate disobedience of this Court's order, in my opinion, is made out.

3. The contempt proceeding stands dropped accordingly.

4. It goes without saying that the petitioner shall be at liberty to assail the order passed by the appellate authority before appropriate forum in accordance with law. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) Rajesh/- U
