JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ and/or order directing the Respondents to act reasonably as per their promises/commitment given to the petitioner and not to shift their Branch of Central Bank of India outside the Bazar Area to lonely place which has been running in the petitioner's building premises at village Rahua Sangram Bazar, P.S. Bheja in the District of Madhubani since 1987. And it is further prayed the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16867 of 2014(2) dt.02-03-2023 2/2 Respondents Bank be also directed to provide specific map to the petitioner for construction of needful strong room in the bank premises which shall immediately be constructed by the petitioner within one/ two months besides needful leveling work of floor and/ or pass such other order or orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
