Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Shastri Nagar PS Case No. 611 of 2017 registered under Sections 379, 412, 414 and 34 of the IPC.

It is submitted that the petitioner was apprehended merely on suspicion; nothing was recovered from his possession, having clean antecedent and police has submitted charge-sheet. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Arif Hussain is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM IV Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar PS Case No. 611 of 2017.
