Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The present modification application is filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 26.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.37856 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner went out of State for his livelihood and he suddenly fell ill so he could not surrender and furnish bail bonds within the stipulated time.

For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20594 of 2022(2) dt.20-04-2022 2/2 time for surrender of petitioner-Md. Saddam Hussain and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 26.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.37856 of 2020 is extended by one week from today.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
