2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Yadavpur (Jadopur) P.S. Case No. 173 of 2024 instituted under Sections 191(1), 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115, 118(2), 121(1), 121(2), 132, 352, 351(1), 109, 324(4), 326(f) of the BNS, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have protested on the road.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It has further been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence. However, vague and general allegation of abusing and throwing bricks on the police has been made in the FIR by
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17530 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 the police against the petitioner at the instance of the local persons of the village.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner..

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Gopalganj/concerned Court in connection with Yadavpur (Jadopur) P.S.
