====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 05-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 27 of 2019, dated 20.01.2019, lodged under Sections 8, 15, 18 20(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 14.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27335 of 2022 this Court had rejected the bail application of petitioner with liberty that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months of framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has already been framed.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20856 of 2023(2) dt.05-04-2023 2/2 granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-IV, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 27 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
