2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 11.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64463 of 2023.

3. The paragraph six of the order dated 11.10.2023 is modified to the extent that the demand draft in the name of the informant shall be deposited by the petitioner in the Court below at the time of furnishing bail bonds and on deposit of the demand draft by the petitioner in the Court below, the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted by the Court below.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this application stands allowed.
