2. The present modification application is filed for modification (extension of time) of the order dated 29.04.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.3981/2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 is working in a private company for a long time and he has not taken leave for last one year and due to some misunderstanding he could not come for furnishing his bail bond in the lower court. Further submits that the petitioner No.2 is a driver of truck and he had knowledge about the bail but he

4. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioners and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 29.04.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.3981/2022 is extended by four weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
