The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have fired which hit the informant but it is submitted that the informant received two injuries caused by hard and blunt object. No fire arm injury is found on the informant and both the injuries are simple in nature. From the side of petitioner also a counter case was filed. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30571 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P. K. Shukla, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Hilsa (Nalanda) in Nagarnausa P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
