The petitioner seeks bail in Kudra P.S. Case No. 69 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. One Pradeep Kumar is said to have hired Swift Dezire vehicle of the informant and fled away with the said vehicle and later on sold it out to Arman Kumar @ Jai Ram Kumar who in turn sold it out to the petitioner and other coaccused. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not committed any offence. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53829 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 been enlarged on bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 06.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40882 of 2017. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 22.07.2017. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 69 of 2017.
