The petitioner being the mother-in-law apprehends her arrest in connection with Chandan P.S. No. 06 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 504, 506, 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as the petitioner is residing separately.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and the nature of allegation, let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the
