The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 273 of 2020 for offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the owner of Pick-Up van, which is a commercial vehicle and he is not expected to be present in the vehicle whenever it is taken for hire.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event
