Petitioners apprehend arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners are not named in the FIR. Petitioners' name have figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused Sonu Thakur. It is stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition that the petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State and informant oppose

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18243 of 2022(2) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 the prayer for bail submitting that petitioners and other accused persons have been identified by the informant and other witnesses in the CCTV footage committing loot in the shop of the informant.

Considering the specific allegation against the petitioners, their prayer for bail is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashi/- U T
