JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents concerned to discharge the statutory obligation to compute and make payment of entire arrears of salary including current salary to the petitioner along with interest @ 12% per annum, pending since October, 2001 to July 2014 and onward (for about more than 72 months) along with other

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
