The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1297 of 2018 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the dispute is with regard to the sale and purchase of the land. The petitioners have already returned the consideration money.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 submits that he has already received the amount.

No. 2938 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
