The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kanti P.S. Case no. 130/14, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are father-in-law and mother in law of the deceased. The brother of the deceased has stated that the petitioners and Manoj Ram, husband of his sister brutally assaulted her and his sister got injuries. She died during the course of treatment. The deceased also disclosed about the occurrence to the informant before her death in presence of many villagers. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. Petitioners are leaving separately. It appears that the informant came to know about the occurrence from his sister the deceased that Manoj
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37568 of 2014 (2) dt.17-03-2015 2/2 Ram, husband of the deceased and petitioners brutally assaulted her consequently she died.
