The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 307 and 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault due to which the informant's son, namely, Mahesh Kumar and other persons sustained injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that from perusal of the impugned order, it

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-V, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 20 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
