The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bandeya P.S.Case No.12 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 341, 323, 353, 385, 427, 435, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC and Section 17 of the CLA Act.
It is submitted that FIR was lodged against unknown. Petitioner's name has surfaced on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Sarjoo Ram. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.44177 of 2017 and Cr.Misc.No.44284 of 2017 and petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Bandeya P.S.Case No.12 of 2017.
