====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 20-03-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 416 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-b)a/26(ii)/35 of the Arms Act.

3. Without going into the merit of the case, this anticipatory bail application is hereby disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail.

4. The learned Court below is directed to pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law keeping in view the order passed by the Apex Court in the case of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22185 of 2024(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 Satendra Kumar Antil v/s. Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr. as reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51.
