The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No.75 of 2021 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No recovery has been made from possession of the petitioner. After investigation, the police submitted final form against the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
