The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 420/467/468 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. In sum and substance, the informant made allegations that the petitioners brought a forged and fabricated sale deed with regard to the land of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after institution of the case, a thorough enquiry was held. The police, after investigation, submitted final form finding the case false. On account of the land dispute, the present case is filed. Considering the facts aforesaid that there is a bona fide land dispute between the parties and regarding the allegations

No.37589 of 2014 (2) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 made by the informant, the police after investigation found the case false, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Saurbazar P.S. Case No. 152/2012 (G.R. No. 1067/12), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
