ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2018 in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No.122 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has transpired in connection with the present case on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by one Murad. It is further submitted that save and except the confessional statement, there is no further material against the petitioner and that the said Murad has since been extended the privilege of bail in Cr.Misc. No.43587 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49024 of 2018 (2) dt.21-08-2018 2/2 2018, vide order dated 20.07.2018.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that apart from this case, the petitioner has one another antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No.122 of 2018.
