Petitioner has prayed for following relief:- "This is an application for appropriate writ / writs direction or direction commanding the respondent to pay due amount of Rs.2,35,840/- total amount pertaining to the work done by the petitioner for the work allotted to him vide agreement No. 9F2 / 2009-2010, 10 F2 / 2009-2010 and 12 F2 / 2009-2010 the said work was completed with in time but till date no payment has been made and / or issuance of consequential writ or writs for payment of statuary as well as panel interest thereon."

After some argument, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6974 of 2020(2) dt.15-11-2021 2/2 petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the appropriate/competent forum for redressal of his grievances as permissible in law.

With aforesaid liberty, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and all issues of facts and law are left open.
