JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 08 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 342 & 376 of IPC. At the very outset, it has been submitted by the learned APP that in this case process under Section 82 of Cr.P.C. has already been exhausted against the petitioners and as such, this application is not maintainable.
