Mr.Suresh Prasad Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41330 of 2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence the father's name of the petitioner and the case number in the application for bail was wrongly typed as "Nanak Singh and Muffassil P.S. Case No. 801 of 2021" in place of "Nanhak Singh and Excise Case No. 801 of 2021" respectively and accordingly the same mistake crept up in the order granting bail.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20631 of 2022(2) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 In view of the above, let the name of the father of the petitioner be read as "Nanhak Singh" in place of "Nanak Singh" and the case number "Muffassil P.S. Case No. 801 of 2021" be read as "Excise Case No. 801 of 2021". The time granted for surrender is also extended by four weeks from today.
The order dated 04.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41330 of 2021 is modified to the above extent. The application stands disposed of.
