In that view of the matter, these appellants have no status whatsoever to beget or demand any kind of consideration on the ground that Articles 14 and 16 is being violated. The learned Single Judge has rightly rejected the claims of these appellants for the reasons indicated therein. The appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
