Two petitioners, who are in custody since 4.5.2018 and 5.5.2018 respectively , in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 191 of 2018 , registered for the offence under Sections 341/ 323/ 325/ 307/ 504/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 , have prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that informant in the present case is non else but own niece of petitioners and there was land dispute in between the parties and from both sides case has been lodged.

Considering the nature of accusation and period of
