Patna High Court CWJC No.5255 of 2022(2) dt.23-11-2023 2/2 been issued to the petitioners seeking their explanation as to why they should not be removed from their service as also the final orders dated 28.04.2023, passed by the General Manager (Region), FCI, Regional Office, Patna whereby and whereunder the petitioners have been dismissed from service, but the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to file appropriate appeals, challenging the said orders dated 28.04.2023. Liberty so sought is granted. 2.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeals are filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by the appellate authority, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
