Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 150, 114, 186, 353, 332, 333, 427, 436, 341, 323, 380, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that one truck dashed a scooter and subsequently crushed eight persons when the mob made protest and put the premises of the police station on fire, as a result one Chaukidar died. The incidence led to the registration of three cases being Buxar(T) P.S. Case No. 117 of 2015, Buxar(T) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015 and the present case.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is against the mob. The petitioner is accused in other two cases also and it is submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34193 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 petitioner is on bail in other two cases and considering the accusation against the mob other co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 24756 of 2015 and 17232 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar(Ind) P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
