JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 18-04-2019 The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 14.03.2016 passed in CWJC No. 64 of 2016.

2. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party Nos. 1 to 6, Annexure-H whereof being an order dated 27.10.2016 passed by the Principal Secretary, Home Department, Bihar, Patna discloses that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected by a speaking order and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

3. Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called.
