JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017, a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. is against unknown. Name of the petitioner had transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2017. However, he has not been put on Test Identification Parade nor anything has been recovered from his possession.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61633 of 2017 (2) dt.21-12-2017 P2/ above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Narpatganj Police Station Case No. 61 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
