2. Petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No.170 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354A, 354C, 354D, 420, 292, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner and one accused Munna Mishra made video of the minor daughter of the informant, when she was taking bath and the petitioner used to blackmail the informant's daughter.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The occurrence took place on 22.06.2022 and the FIR has been lodged on 01.07.2022 after a delay of 9 days in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20768 of 2024(3) dt.26-04-2024 2/2 lodging the FIR for which no explanation has by given by the prosecution. Similarly situated co-accused person Munna Mishra @ Pawan Kumar Mishra has been granted bail vide order dated 21.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31435 of 2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JMFC, Biraul, Darbhanga in Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 170 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
