The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Birpur (Balua Bazar) P.S.Case No. 225 of 2017 registered under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant's niece is major and the Medical Board assessed her age in between 18-19 years and both were having love affairs, so girl had eloped with the petitioner, but later on retracted from marrying the petitioner and she has not stated that she was sexually exploited and police has submitted charge sheet in this case. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Vikash Rajwar, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties
