Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 13.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.68099 of 2018. It further appears that the informant received information that his brother-in-law has been killed, he saw the dead body of his brother-in-law kept in the Tractor but the petitioners and other others have not allowed to receive the dead body and they cremated the dead body .
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no allegation of any overtact against the petitioner and only on suspicion he has been made accused , now the charge has been framed and the petitioner is in custody for more than one year. .

No.17983 of 2019(4) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Chandi P.S.Caase No.58 of 2018, with condition that he will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
