The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 1671 of 2019, arising out of Malsalami P.S. Case No. 71 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a), of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that in the instant case total 16 liters of liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let, the petitioner named above be released on bail on
