====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJIT KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-06-2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner has made a categorical statement by rebutting the stand taken by the respondents that save and except E.P.F. amount to the tune of

Patna High Court CWJC No.9228 of 2021(12) dt.19-06-2026 2/2 Rs. 58,291/-, which according to the respondents have also been paid, other admissible dues have already been credited in the account of the mother of the petitioner.

2. At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents may be directed to verify from the records with regard to disbursement of amount to the tune of Rs. 58,291/- as against the E.P.F. and if that amount has not been disbursed, the same may be directed to be disbursed forthwith.

3. Considering the fact that all other amount has already been paid except EPF amount, the petitioner is given liberty to make a representation before the respondent no.5 within a period of two weeks from today and on filing of such representation, the authority concerned shall verify from the records and, if the amount has not been disbursed, the same shall be disbursed forthwith and in case the amount is disbursed, appropriate proof of disbursement shall be made available to the petitioner.

4. With the aforementioned observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
