The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to set aside the order of Commandant, B.M.P.-14, Patna, which is now known as B.S.A.P.-14, Patna dated 02.04.1992 (Annexure-6) and order dated 25.05.1992 Annexure-8) passed by the Commandant, B.M.P. 14 (now known as B.S.A.P.-14), Patna by which prayer of petitioner for granting the benefit of one increment has been rejected, which was to be given to those government servant, who get operated of his wife after birth of two children. It is further prayed to direct the respondents for granting the benefit of one increment to the petitioner which given to other

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Bihar Special Armed Police, Central Zone, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by the respondent no.4, i.e. the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Bihar Special Armed Police, Central Zone, Patna, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
