2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pirbahore P. S. Case No. 145/2020 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 376, 506, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 4, 5, 6 of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, co-accused Md. Irshad along with other accused persons committed rape with the informant. It is further alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons are involved in human trafficking.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during course of investigation. Victim has disclosed her age as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22278 of 2025(2) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 18 years. F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of two months and there is no plausible explanation for the same. Petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ADJ-I, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.
