JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in Alamnagar (Ratwara O.P.) PS Case No. 154 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant saw these two petitioners going away from the house in the mid-night and consequently he found that his son was hanged to death. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are wife and mother-in-law of the deceased and husband of petitioner No. 1 committed suicide by hanging and thereafter the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and the police has submitted charge-sheet.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Masomat Lalita Devi and Masomar Lukkhi Devi are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) by both of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM Udakisunganj, District Madhepura in connection with Alam Nagar (Ratwara O.P.) PS Case No. 154 of 2017.
