The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sultanganj Police Station Case No. 116 of 2018, registered under Sections 406, 420/34 of the I.P.C. Accusation in brief is that the informant wanted to purchase a piece of land and the petitioner informed him that Vijay Goswami wanted to sale a piece of land, so, the informant approached him and sale deed was executed by Vijay Goswami after receiving consideration money of Rs. 2.5 lakh. Later on the informant found that the said land was already sold by Vijay Goswami to the father of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner only introduced him to Vijay Goswami for purchasing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49303 of 2018(2) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 a piece of land, otherwise he is not concerned with the transaction of money though Vijay Goswami sold another piece of land already sold to his father creating litigation in between informant and his father.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely Pappu Goswami is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateI, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 116 of 2018.
