JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 24-03-2022 The present writ petition was filed seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to pay the admitted outstanding dues to the petitioner in lieu of the work done by supplying raw materials such as aggregate stone chips of difference sizes and shapes to the BRBCL through M/s. ERA Infra Engineering Ltd.

As the work was proceeding, it appears that there was some dispute with the ERA INFRA Engineering Limited. As a

Patna High Court CWJC No.9113 of 2021(4) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 result, BRBCL issued a letter assuring that it shall make payment to M/s. Singh Traders for the material supplied. Under these circumstances, we dispose off the writ petition that in case the petitioner files a representation before the respondent no. 2 within two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of within six weeks thereafter. The respondent no. 2 shall be at liberty to call upon the ERA INFRA Engineering Limited as well to appear before it to furnish necessary documents.
