The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rail Thana Bhagalpur (G.R.P.S.) 224 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(A) and 37(C) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 10 liters of country made liquor from the possession of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 05.11.2017. Considering the nature of accusation, the period of
