2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 07.04.2016 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Sitamarhi in Appeal No. 02 of 2016.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands
