In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 209 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the petitioners entered into the house of the informant and pressed the neck of his two months old son, namely, Aman Kumar, due to which, his two months son died.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is
