JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 16-03-2018 Heard Mr. Ram Hirdey Prasad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr. Alok Ranjan, learned counsel for the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation and Mr. Sudish Kumar, learned AC to PAAG-2, for the State. The petitioner prays for an appropriate direction to the authorities of the Corporation to grant her ACP benefits as she has not been given any promotion in her service career. A representation to such effect is present at Annexure 1 and which was filed on 15.4.2013 but since it has not been disposed of, hence this writ petition.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and
Patna High Court CWJC No.4774 of 2016 (2) dt.16-03-2018 considering the nature of grievance so raised, I deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the Managing Director of the Corporation i.e. respondent no.3 to consider the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law by a speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
