2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baniapur P.S. Case No. 495 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The deceased was killed by unknown criminals. Subsequently, it has come that the wife of the deceased was having illicit relationship with Shyam Sunder Das and Shyam Sunder Das and other co-accused including this petitioner have killed the deceased. The petitioner is is jail since 24.11.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
