For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Virendra Kuar For the Respondent/s : Mr. SC1- M. K. SINHA =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The controversy surrounding the selection of an Aangan Bari Sevika has led to holding of Aam Sabha afresh. The materials which the petitioner has relied on to show that the disqualification which she has suffered on account of her father-inlaw is misnomer. The court has gone through the documents. These are very evasive kind of reports and not specific and obviously are either procured or managed.

In view of the same if the respondents have decided to

Patna High Court CWJC No.17090 of 2014 dt.26-02-2015 2/2 initiate a fresh selection process and for which steps have been initiated and taken, let the petitioner participate and try her luck afresh because the impediment created earlier may not come in her way now if what has been stated by the petitioner is correct that her father-inlaw has resigned from the post. The direction in this writ application will not come in the way of the petitioner in her selection in future. Writ application is dismissed.
