The petitioner is aggrieved by an order, dated 12.06.2014, passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, in Maintenance Case No. 113 (M) of 2010, whereby, he had allowed maintenance @ Rs. 12,000/- per month in favour of the petitioner. The opposite party No. 2 was the husband of the petitioner.

Since opposite party No. 2 is no more, no order needs
