The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of the S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Case diary in the present case was called for which has since been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case is false one and is a counter blast to the complaint case filed by petitioner no. 2 under sections 406, 420, 120-B and 504 of the Indian Penal Code against the present informant. He

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32483 of 2015 (3) dt.03-11-2015 further submits that the provisions of section 3(1)(x) of the S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act have been made only to embrace the case and the same does not seem to have occurred in public view or in public place. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No 368 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Anjana Mishra, J) Amin/- U
